About DSMdle
DSMdle is a daily clinical psychology guessing game inspired by Wordle. Each day, a new patient case is presented — and it's your job to identify the most likely DSM-5 diagnosis from progressively revealed clues.
Important Disclaimer
DSMdle is for learning and play only. All case content is AI-generated, simplified, and has not been clinically validated. It may contain inaccuracies, oversimplifications, or errors. This game is not a clinical or diagnostic tool, and it is not medical advice. Do not use it to diagnose yourself or others. If you have mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
How to play
- Read the first clue — an initial patient presentation.
- Type the DSM-5 diagnosis you think is most likely in the search box and submit your guess.
- If wrong, a new clue is revealed — each one more specific than the last.
- You have 6 clues and 6 guesses. Solve the case in as few guesses as possible.
- Share your result and come back tomorrow for a new case.
